AN EXPLANATION OF OUR PROGRAMS:
Students are allowed to come to as many TKD classes as they wish within their age group and we allow parents to train for free. (as an added bonus with their child's membership.)
ALL LITTLE DRAGONS (4-5 year olds) MUST BE POTTY TRAINED TO TAKE CLASS.
Taekwondo groups are separated by AGE:
- Little Dragons – Ages 4 to 5. The only REAL requirement for the students is that they be potty trained and able to handle it on their own. Our instructors can't assist with bathroom visits and we can't have parents out on the mat during classes.
- Juniors Taekwondo – Ages 5 to 11. You will notice the age overlap at 5 years old. That is because sometimes a 5 year old IS ready to be in the Junior Taekwondo program and sometimes they aren't. A new 5-year-old student should come to our Junior Class first so that we can evaluate this.
- Teen & Adult Taekwondo – Ages 12 and older.

Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm (30 minutes)
Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm (30 minutes)
Saturday 9am (30 minutes)
Juniors Taekwondo Classes (Ages 5-11)
Monday 4:00pm, 5:30pm (45 minutes) and/or 6:30pm (1 hour)
Tuesday 4:00 pm (45 minutes) and/or 6:30pm (1 hour)
Wednesday 5:30pm (1 hour)
Thursday 4:00pm (45 minutes) and/or 6:30pm (1 hour)
Friday No Classes
Saturday 9am (1 hour)
