Thank you for purchasing our Trial Pass! You have been emailed a confirmation. Please call us at 571-291-5084 to schedule your first class. Hmmm, or if you want to just crash the party, come on in. The best first-time-on-the-mat classes are:

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 -7:45 pm and Saturday mornings at 10:00 -11:00 am. There are other options, but you'll definitely need to call for those.

If you have already taken your first class with us, then you are welcome to come to the classes outlined for your on your first visit without preregistration.
