Self-Defense classes are 1 hour long, except for Tuesday where it would be 45 minutes long.

Striking class is 50 minutes long.

These classes are hand-picked from our schedule to give you the best experience. If you discover these options do not work for you, email us at info@koreselfdefense.com and we will figure it out together.

Self-Defense/Krav Maga Trial Class Times:

Monday 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Tuesday 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm

Wednesday 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Striking Endurance Trial Class Times:

Monday 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm

Tuesday 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm

Wednesday 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm

Thursday 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm

When you type in 21240 Ashburn Crossing Dr, Suite 140, it'll take you to the right entrance for the industrial park. (But once you're there, you'll need to follow these directions...otherwise it'll take you around the entire complex.)

Take an Immediate Left when you enter the complex.

Go all the way to the end of the road with the pond in front of you and "Fast Signs" on your Right. (Through one stop sign, driving parallel to Loudoun Co Pkwy, and facing the intersection of Loudoun Co and Gloucester Pkwy)

Turn Right (Right besides FastSigns, you'll see our space, with Kore Self Defense signs outside our doors)
