Kickboxing is not only a great way to get in shape and learn self defense skills, it will build confidence, discipline and focus in Adults and teens. Benefits are many for the students that are motivated and dedicated! The primary goal of Kickboxing is to gain the fundamental striking skills it takes to survive a fight. This includes Defense, Offense , Distance and Timing. Evade Block and Cover for Defense, Punch Kick, Elbow and Knee in flurries. Much of the technique of kickboxing is centered around controling distance with footwork and evasion.

Many if not all hand to hand attacks start standing up, today's Martial Artist needs to strike WELL if they expect to win.
