Children must be 5 by September 30 to participate. Age 17 and under must must be accompanied by a parent or their legal guardian on their first visit.

You may drop off as early as 7:00 a.m. (no earlier than 6:45 a.m.) and pick-up by 6:15 p.m. If you are late you will not be charged extended hours Tuesday thru Friday because we have our regular karate classes going on and students may jump into a class or sit and watch class until you arrive. However on Monday, there is a 15-minute grace period after which, beginning at 6:30 p.m., you will be assessed a late fee of $1 per minute in increments of 15 minutes because we are closed for our regular karate classes.

Any time your child will not be dropped off at the Academy for Before Care or will not be picked up by our staff for After Care, you must inform the Academy in writing in advance. We understand occasional extenuating circumstances (illness, etc.) and request that you inform us as soon as possible. For planned absences we request notice at least 24-hours in advance.

If you choose to withdraw your child from our B4/After Care Program you understand that you must do so in writing 2-weeks prior to their last scheduled date of attendance. Failure to do so will result in your account being charged for each week as scheduled and until 2 weeks following the date that written notice is received. There is no refund on any money paid in advance.

Your child will be provided a cubby to store their karate uniform and gear as well as hang jackets, school backpacks, etc. and store their shoes. Karate uniforms and gear must be taken home each Friday to be cleaned and returned on Monday. All other personal belongings must be taken home at the end of each day. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items; however, we will take special care to make sure your child's belongings are safe.

During full-day camps, food/snack is not provided. On those days, you must pack your child a healthy lunch and 2 snacks. Because of food allergies we are a nut free facility. Please no nuts of any kind!
