Classes are held on site at Stepping Stone on A.W. Grimes. Classes are held every Wednesday afternoon, and your child will receive 4 classes per month. This means if there are 5 Wednesdays in a month, no class will be held on the last one. Uniforms are required for class, so please don't forget to include that.

Liability waiver and release-  The member/buyer understands that strict observation of the rules and regulations relative to training, including the use of protective equipment, is required and that the use of facilities and the member's presence in class, is at the sole risk of the buyer/member. It is understood and agreed by the buyer/member that martial arts involves defensive and offensive skills and 
training which include violent and sudden movements and that in connection with training and instruct ion sessions, there will be physical contact between instructors and members and between the members themselves and that such contact may result in personal injury despite the best intentions and adequate precautions. The buyer/member agrees that the scho ol and it's instructors, employees, agents, operators, and other authorized agents shall not be responsible for and are hereby released from any liability, claim, loss, including loss of property, damage, personal injury, or expense incurred by a member, or anyone claiming through a member, or related to any activity connected with the school including, but not limited to, and caused by the negligence or gross negligence of  the school or it's instructors, members, employees, agents, operators, or other authorized representatives.
Holidays-  The buyer/member understands that classes may not be held on national holidays, scheduled vacations, or other times as directed by the instructor.
Photo Release- I agree that photo’s taken of my child may be used for promotional purposes.
Acceptance of buyer/member-  Upon acceptance as a member at the school, the member agrees to faithfully comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions hereof, including all rules and regulations of the school. the school reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate and member from participation or enjoyment of right under this agreement for failure to comply with rules and regulations of the school. Suspension or termination of a member shall not entitle the member to a re fund or credit for any tuition already paid or cancel any unpaid balance due. Examination/ testing fees, and other fees may not be included in the price of  this agreement.
Missed Class-  Your Child's class is ongoing, year round. Absences are not an acceptable reason to "pro-rate" your child's tuition. If your child's class is missed due to the instructor being unable to attend, your child's class will be made up on a day of the  same or following week of the missed class, or other time as designated by the school.
Non use-  The buyer/member understands that the monthly tuition must be paid as agreed.  Written notice must be given if you wish to discontinue class 30 days in advance. If such advance notice is not given, the monthly tuition will still be  due until such notice is given. The failure or inability of the member to use the facilities, classes, or services of the school will neither relieve nor suspend the member's obligation to make all payments required under this agreement on a timely basis, nor entitle the member to a refund or credit of tuition.
