Terms & Conditions
2026 Summer Camp Terms and Conditions
By signing this agreement, I am enrolling my child in the America Top Team Weston / Davie (ATT Weston / Davie) Summer Camp. I give full permission for my child to participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor sports activities, use an inflatable bounce house, travel on ATT Weston / Davie vehicles for field trips, and engage in other physical activities that may not be explicitly listed.
I understand that participation in these activities involves certain inherent risks of injury, and I willingly assume these risks on behalf of my child. I certify that my child is capable of participating fully in the ATT Weston / Davie Summer Camp, and that they have no physical or mental conditions that would limit their participation unless explicitly noted in writing and attached to this waiver.
By signing below, I:
1. Consent to Participation: Allow my child to participate in all ATT Weston / Davie Summer Camp activities.
2. Waive Liability: Release, hold harmless, and agree not to sue ATT Weston / Davie, its officers, coaches, employees, sponsors, and representatives for any injury or loss resulting from my child’s participation in camp activities, including travel, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Membership Policies
1. VIP Memberships: Single-payment “VIP” memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Entire Summer Membership Cancellation: If I choose to cancel, I agree to pay 30% of the remaining balance.
3. Weekly Membership Cancellation: I must provide a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle. A cancellation form, provided by an ATT Director, must be completed to give official notice.
Payment Policies
1. ATT Weston / Davie only accepts credit card payments or Zelle payments to Priscilla at 954-540-3123. Cash, checks, or money orders are not accepted.
2. Tuition is collected on Mondays, 7 days prior to each weekly session.
3. Late payments due to an expired/invalid credit card or insufficient funds will incur a $15 late fee.
4. Mandatory Field Trips: Field trips are part of the weekly program and are $15 per trip, billed weekly.
5. Pizza Party Option: A pizza party will be offered weekly for a $5 fee, which will also be charged to my account if I opt-in for this event.
Attendance and Refunds
1. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days.
2. If my child is sick, they may not return to camp until 24 hours have passed since their last symptoms.
Pick-Up Policy
1. Camp ends at 6:00 PM. Starting at 6:05 PM, a $1-per-minute late fee will be charged to my account.
Child’s Belongings
1. My child must bring a bagged lunch, two snacks, and a refillable water bottle each day.
2. If a water bottle is not provided, one will be issued, and $1 will be charged to my account.
3. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at $1 each.
Safety and Identification
To ensure my child’s safety, any approved adult listed on the emergency contact form must present a valid state or government-issued ID when picking up my child.
Media Consent
I grant permission for my child to be photographed and recorded for marketing purposes. I understand these photos and videos are the property of ATT Weston / Davie and that no monetary compensation will be provided.
By enrolling my child in the ATT Weston / Davie Summer Camp or related programs, I agree to these terms and policies.
