Welcome to Master O's 2026-27 After School Registration. The registration fee is $65.00 per student. This includes a new full uniform. With the new school schedule, WE ARE CHANGING OUR PAYMENTS TO WEEKLY PAYMENTS. Payments will be autocollected each Friday before a week of school. You will not be charged on the weeks there is no school. For the 3 full weeks off of school in October, February, and March, you can choose to sign up for all day childcare. IF THERE IS A DAY OFF OF SCHOOL DURING A SCHOOL WEEK, THAT CHILDCARE DAY IS INCLUDED IF WE ARE OPEN. Please fill out the form below by selecting their school and paying the registration fee to secure your child/childrens spot. If registering two students, please sign each student up individually. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Pricing per month:
Harrisburg and Indian Land Elementary - $120 per WEEK `
Indian Land Intermediate/Middle - $100 per week
Harrisburg Global Academy - TBD per week
*If you have more than one child in our after school program, the price for the second child will be 10% off.
*Payments are autocollected each Friday before a school week, even if you will miss some of that week.

Registration is required
Must be in elementary school (K-5) or middle school (6-8) or equivalent.
Medical forms and School Information Form must be completed by the first day of school.
I understand that all payments are required for each school week, regardless of attendance.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me , or loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation.
I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, Master O's Taekwondo, its officers, directors, volunteers, agents, and employees (hereinafter referred to as releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me , or to any property belonging to me, while participating in or interacting with the releasees, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.
To the best of my knowledge, I, the undersigned, represent that I am of sufficient physical condition and fully able to participate in the activities that will take place during my interactions with Master O’s Taekwondo. I am aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in Martial Arts and physically strenuous activity, including physical injury or even death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activities, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and my property.
I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS, LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY ME, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OWNED BY ME, AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, MASTER O’S TAEKWONDO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS RELEASEES) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY ME, OR TO ANY PROPERTY BELONGING TO ME, WHILE PARTICIPATING IN OR INTERACTING WITH THE RELEASEES, OR WHILE ON OR UPON THE PREMISES WHERE THE EVENT IS BEING CONDUCTED.
It is my expressed intent that this release and hold harmless agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and CONVENTION TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, UNDERSTAND IT AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and I EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME.
I give Master O's rights to all photo's and/or videos taken of the event and utilize any image as they see fit for marketing.
I further certify that I am at least 18 years of age. If under 18, my parent/guardian is the below signed.
