First Friday, Free Women's Self-Defense Training

This First Friday is for women only and is taught by our female instructors at Kore. Each instructor has gone through rigorous training to become a Certified Instructor and is high ranked in the Krav Maga system. In this seminar we will be covering key prevention skills, threat assessment and essential physical skills to arm yourself against threats. Essentially, you will learn to be a bad ass!

When you type in 21240 Ashburn Crossing Dr, Suite 140, it'll take you to the right entrance for the industrial park. (But once you're there, you'll need to follow these directions...otherwise it'll take you around the entire complex.)

Take an Immediate Left when you enter the complex.

Go all the way to the end of the road with the pond in front of you and "Fast Signs" on your Right. (Through one stop sign, driving parallel to Loudoun Co Pkwy, and facing the intersection of Loudoun Co and Gloucester Pkwy)

Turn Right (Right besides FastSigns, you'll see our space, with Kore Self Defense signs outside our doors)

You are welcome to bring a friend. Please wear comfortable workout clothes with clean-soled athletic shoes. If you are serious about coming, sign up as soon as you can as the class tends to fill up quickly!
