You won't be a Ninja in 2.5 hours but you will have a solid foundation in self-defense concepts & applicable skills to the primary concerns women face in personal safety.

This event is particularly special as proceeds go to support joint efforts in creating safe haven & self-defense options for women and children in Zambia. One of 500Rising/Kore instructors is part of an international aid team traveling to Zambia to provide resources for the first battered women/children shelter program in the country.

By attending this workshop, you will gain valuable skills and pay-it-forward to women & children where there have been no resources in the past.
