By completing this application and checking the box below you are agreeing to the following:

You are registering for our Before and After School Program 2024-2025. This is a full school year contract and billing is divided into 41 equal payments starting August 19, 2024. Weeks are billed on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. Tuition will not be prorated for missed or unused weeks.

Tuition payments will be drafted weekly each Monday morning from the account used for registration.
There will be a $30 returned check fee on all declined payments.

Included holidays for full time students are as follows: 8/3/24, 10/18/24, 10/21/24, 11/5/24, 11/27/24, 12/23/24, 1/2/25, 1/3/25, 1/20/25, 2/14/25, 2/17/25, 3/17/25, 3/31/25-4/4/25, 4/21/25, 5/23/25.

5 snow/emergency closings days are also included in full time enrollment.

Warriors Way will follow the Powhatan Public School calendar for holidays, early release, snow closings, etc.

Sparring Gear rental fees/Registration fees ($50) are required for each student and are non-refundable.
