What:

You'll learn what Krav 'stances' are and why hint: they're based on every-day movement

You'll learn how to avoid and deflect incoming strikes

You'll learn basic counter manuevers

You'll learn the foundation of power generation (so if you have to strike, it'll be effective)

You'll explore various defensive actions against common grabs, attacks

You'll learn basic self-defense principles and concepts key to applying Krav to real-world dynamics*

*A lot of Krav programs say Krav Maga IS self-defense. Marketing that is close but not really accurate. Self-Defense involves information on stuff like legal impact, how conflict escalates to violence, discussion on the 4 elements in every violent encounter and an emphasis on what really happens. Four weeks won't be enough to cover all that with you of course, but our program is anchored in self-defense not just the physical training in traditional Krav Maga.
