Tiger's Claw Invitational Spring 2023

What: Tiger's Claw Invitational Sparring and Poomsae Tournament


 


Join us in Charlotte, NC for our 2nd Annual Tiger's Claw Invitational! We are excited to offer this family friendly event to our students...whether you are a first time competitor or have competed before, this is a great event for you. 


 


This tournament will bring all of our NC King Tiger schools together for a fun, safe and family friendly competition. All competitors will bring home a championship style medal and wonderful memories that they will have forever. 


Competitors (ages 5 and up) will compete in Sparring and Poomsae.  Medals will be awarded for each category... so you can compete in Sparring, Poomsae or Both!


Worried that you are not competition ready? Each school has special classes and wonderful Instructors that will assist you in getting ready for the tournament!


 Master Lloyd (Chef Lloyd) will have a wonderful menu for lunch and snacks at the concession stand and a the proceeds will benefit Team Zach and the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society. 


 Creative Weapons Forms:  You may also choose to do a Creative Weapons form.  Form should be a planned and practiced routine with at least 3 kicks, smooth transitions and multiple directions and be between 30 seconds and 1 minute long.  You can do this in addition to Sparring and Poomsae (additional $ 10 registration fee) or ONLY compete in the Creative Weapons division ($ 30).
