Adult Self-Defense Free Trial Class

The Adult Self-Defense Classes will take place at Iowa City Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu/Close Range Tactics. You will be able to choose from a list of upcoming available dates and times after you register.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Same day cancellations will require a $25 deposit in the event you wish to reschedule your appointment.
