Normally what we do is get you to come in 15-20 mins before the class time you want and we will wrap your hands and give you guest gloves to try the class. You will go at your own pace. The classes are for any experience or fitness level, you will wear normal workout attire and you will be barefoot or sock footed during classes.. When the class is over we will sit down with you and go over all the different pricing programs and promotions we are offering to see which one fits best for you.
