COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting, training at or participating in activities at The Jiu Jitsu Mill I assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease.

Personal Belongings Warning:
I agree that The Jiu Jitsu Mill is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings. I understand that any soiled training gear or clothing left at the gym will be discarded immediately and that any other belongings will be kept for one week prior to discarding.
