Hello everyone it is time to shake off the winter and start planning for summer camp.
Open enrollment for Master O's Summer Camp 2024 is from February 1 to August 2, 2024.

A non-refundable registration fee of $50
The Early Bird weekly rate is only $180.00.
Secure your weeks with a $10 non-refundable deposit per week.
Please fill out the information below, select your weeks. Weekly payment will be charged Friday before camp starts.
Terms & Conditions
There are no additional costs for field trips, T-Shirt, activity fees,etc. Camp prices are all inclusive except for the arcade and drinks and popcorn at the movies.
Registration and Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
The balance for each week is due no later than the Friday before camp starts. Campers must not be dropped off without payment. Should a camper be dropped off without payment the credit or debit card being used for deposit purchase will be charged for the week as well as an additional charge for a late signup.
Early drop off is 7:00 am. Parents must walk their children into the facility each day and sign in. Late pickup is 6:00 pm
Parents must sign campers in and out each day.
Camp hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Parents can pick up their campers early from camp, but children must be checked in by 9:15 am each day. By 9:30 our campers are often already on their way to field trips or play games at the park. If your child is not present when we leave our facility, you may drop them off with our staff wherever we are stationed at the time.
Campers must wear comfortable clothing, camp T-shirt and closed toe shoes everyday. Campers are responsible for their own lunch and snack items.
To the best of my knowledge, I, the undersigned, represent that I am of sufficient physical condition and fully able to participate in the activities that will take place during my interactions with Master O’s Taekwondo. I am aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in Martial Arts and physically strenuous activity, including physical injury or even death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activities, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and my property.
I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS, LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY ME, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OWNED BY ME, AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, MASTER O’S TAEKWONDO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS RELEASEES) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY ME, OR TO ANY PROPERTY BELONGING TO ME, WHILE PARTICIPATING IN OR INTERACTING WITH THE RELEASEES, OR WHILE ON OR UPON THE PREMISES WHERE THE EVENT IS BEING CONDUCTED.
It is my expressed intent that this release and hold harmless agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and CONVENTION TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, UNDERSTAND IT AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and I EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME.
I give Master O's rights to all photo's and/or videos taken of the event and utilize any image as they see fit for marketing.
I further certify that I am at least 18 years of age. If under 18, my parent/guardian is the below signed.
