5 Class Training Pass

The 5 Class Training Pass is what the fitness world calls a "punch card" & expires after 6 months.

The pass applies to the Adult Program Only, Ages 13+

With the adult pass you may participate in the following classes:

Striking Strategies
- (what folks tend to call "kickboxing" but is so much more than that)
- Mon-Thurs at 5:30 pm

Basics of Krav & Self-Defense
- (this covers our first 3 ranks in the currriculum)
- Mon & Wed at 6:30 pm

Saturday 9:00 am Sparring (with permission)

Saturday Morning All Level Krav 10:00 am

Your classes will be tracked on a red attendance card. When all 5 classes are complete, you can renew the pass by asking for the active link (just like you signed up for this one).

NOTE: This is not a membership. Materials like training shirts, curriculm book, focus mitts etc. can be purchased. Memberships also permit students to test for rank and advance through the system. If you are interested in training to this level, talk to us about converting your pass to a membership.

Age 17 and under must must be accompanied by a parent or their legal guardian on their first visit to complete the participation waiver. Classes remaining on an expired pass do not carry forward to a new pass. Passes may be renewed for additional classes. The 5 Class Pass option is not a membership. Member privileges such as rank advancement, discounts on seminars, free participation in member seminars do not apply. Member special events count as a class against your pass.
