If you have questions relating to your child during the day while they are at camp, please call or text Coach Dante at 703-268-0323. If you have a time sensitive matter regarding pick-up, etc. with your child, please do not rely on email to relay the message.
In the event your child forgets to pack a lunch, a $15 fee will be charged for the day to cover lunch. We do not have lunch materials onsite so a special trip will need to be made or delivery to ensure your child has a meal outside of snacks. Snacks and water are provided daily.
We try to avoid charging unnecessary fees - in the event someone is habitually late picking up their child, a $2 per minute late pick-up fee will be introduced. We will notify any client prior to subjecting them to this fee.
Please note that there are no cancellation, transfers, or refunds after June 1, 2023. Before June 1, 2023, we will refund any/all camp weeks.
