2023/2024 After School Program Registration

Thank you for your interest our After School Program! We have a great program for all elementary school ages and experience levels!

What's included in our program:
--We pick up your child from their school in our own clearly marked vans and bring them to our studio (including Monday early releases)
--Martial Arts uniform
--Daily martial arts class/martial arts drills
--Daily homework time
--Daily snack time
--Daily athletic games
--Free time at the end of the day from 5 to 6 pm. (Children may choose the activities in which they would like to participate.)

Once your registration fee is collected, your child's spot in our After School Program is secure! Payments will begin once the school year starts.

Weekly tuition is $109 per week for the first student, and $99 per week for each sibling.

Spaces are VERY limited for each school that we pick up from, and we are filling up fast! Register your child today!

There are limited spaces remaining at Mary Bryant Elementary.

We are at capacity for the following schools:

- Deer Park Elementary
- Westchase Elementary

We are unable to register any additional children who attend Deer Park or Westchase Elementary at this time.

The Westchase Impact Martial Arts After School Program packet must be completed, signed and returned to Westchase Impact Martial arts before your child can be picked up at their school.

Parents are required to keep their emergency contact information up to date with us at all times.

Westchase Impact Martial Arts must be notified of any/all health conditions your child may have and medications they take.

Only authorized persons may pick up your child from our facility.

Students are solely responsible for any and all items brought to our facility from school or home, including any and all electronics, clothing, and other items. Impact Martial Arts will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items brought into the studio.

Parents are required to send snacks each day with their child.

NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR TRANSFER TO OTHER STUDENTS/EVENTS IS PERMITTED.
