Your orientation is in two parts. Part One: is virtual online at your leisure. Within a week of registering, you'll be emailed a link to access the virtual material. Part Two: in person (for the physical stuff). Dress in comfortable workout clothes and CLEAN (as in disenfected) soled athletic shoes.

Your trial membership ends at the completion of your Orientation Workshop. If we are a good fit for your training goals, we would love to have you join our program and our weird little tribe .

A portion of your registration fee for the orientation/trial membership goes toward the downpayment for your annual membership if you're ready to sign up on February 5th. Please visit our training center for details on the membership program, rates & benefits. If we are not the right training center for you, you'll know by the time you get to the end of the workshop and trial. If this is the case, we will give you guidance, to the best of our abilitiy, to help you find that perfect training community.

Important Q and A

Q: Do I have to do a trial membership?

A: NO! The orientation workshop is a requirement but the trial membership is just an option. Ready to join the training center right away? No problem, we can do that.

Once you are a member, we'll put you down for the next orientation and you can access the online material once your membership is active.

Q: Do I have to wait until the orientation to take classes?

A: NOPE! We want you on the mat as soon as possible and the orientation will just anchor your training in a way that should really launch your progress forward.

Q: If I'm ready to sign up for the membership how do I do that?

A: Easy. DON'T complete this form. DO call us or come in to the training center and we'll get you enrolled. Takes about 15 minutes either way.
