After registering, you will be provided a link to select your first class day and time! We limit class options for your first day so we can give you the focus and attention that you will need. However, if you were hoping to schedule your first day with a friend and you don't see that day and time available, please feel free to reach out to us! We will be happy to put you on the calendar to take that first class with a friend!

Please plan to arrive on time. You will notice the booking times are 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled class times. During this time we will also review the basics of the program so your student will have a successful first class. While your student is on the mat preparing for class, we will spend some time explaining more about our school and talk about how our introductory program works. You will also be presented an offer to exchange your trial for two weeks of unlimited classes plus a uniform for $19!

Parents are welcome and encouraged to observe classes during this introductory program.

By the way, if your student has a good friend who would like to come along, that would be fine with us. And if you're friends with either of his or her parents, it's totally fine if they come too. There's no obligation, but if everything works out, who knows, you may have an instant carpool!
