This special offer is for a Free Trial Class. This form does not require payment and does not obligate enrollment in any program.

Here are the details:

This form will register your child for a Free Trial Class. After you submit the form, you'll be forwarded to our very easy online scheduler, where you'll be able to choose your child's free class time.

What Happens During a Trial Class?

-One of our professional instructors will guide your child through a Beginner Martial Arts Class. This gives both you and them an idea of exactly what we do in our classes, and if you choose to enroll, will make sure they’re ready to jump straight in!

-Your child will have a blast feeling like a superhero with their newfound skills. Plus, their instructor will help them understand how important mental and emotional skills like focus, discipline, and determination are. Because the class is so much fun, your little one will love learning those important life lessons!

-During the Trial Class, you’ll be able to determine if your child will benefit from developing physical skills like flexibility, agility and strength and even mental and emotional character traits like increased perseverance, discipline, respect, and soaring self esteem.

What happens after the class?

If your child enjoys the class, you can sign up for the program. You will receive a DISCOUNT if you sign up the day of your Trial Class! Also, your child will receive a Free Uniform to wear in class, and start making new friends and having a blast right away!

When are classes held?

Class times for our Beginner Martial Arts classes are:

-Tuesdays at 4:15pm

-Wednesdays at 6:30pm

-Thursdays at 5:00pm

-Fridays at 5:45pm

-Saturdays at 11:15am

How often do they attend?

World Martial Arts suggests at least 2 classes per week. Some families come up to 5 times per week, but that is not required.

The student or parent/guardian enrolling in this class understands the risks of studying Martial Arts and hereby releases World Martial Arts, LTD., all instructors and all other students of World Martial Arts from any and all liabilities for any type of injuries or loss sustained while training, studying, and practicing or in the application of Martial Arts. The enrollee also states that he/she/their child is in good physical condition and knows of no reason why you/they cannot study and participate in Martial Arts. In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize any licensed medical personnel to perform any accepted medical procedure deemed necessary and agree to bear the expense of such a treatment.

Trial Classes are for first time students only. World Martial Arts has the right to deny class participation at any time for any reason.
