We are excited to have you start training with OMMA. For only $79/person, you will be receiving One Group Class/week for your first month along with a Martial Arts uniform and belt.

Tuition options following your first month:
Basic Kempo (1 class/week):
$40/month 1st student, $30/month each for additional family members*
Silver Kempo (2 classes/week):
$60/month 1st student, $45, $40, $30
Gold Kempo (unlimited classes/week):
$80/month 1st student, $60, $50, $40
(*family members are those living in the same home)

Remember you should be wearing your gi and belt only for class. Respect your uniform and keep it clean.

1. TWENTY-FOUR HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE ANY REGULARLY SCHEDULED PRIVATE LESSON.
2. A PAUSE CAN BE PLACED ON YOUR TUITION WHILE ON VACATION IF YOU ARRANGE TO PUT A VACATION HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT AT LEAST TWO WEEK AHEAD OF TIME.
3. I AGREE TO PARTNER WITH THE OMMA INSTRUCTORS TO ENSURE STUDENT(S) ABIDE BY ALL CLASS RULES.
4. I AGREE TO TIMELY PAYMENT OF MY CLASS FEES MONTHLY (OR AS ARRANGED) ACCORDING TO THE PAYMENT POLICY.
5. ONE GROUP CLASS CAN BE MADE UP EITHER THE WEEK PRIOR TO AN ABSENCE OR THE WEEK FOLLOWING THE ABSENCE.
6. I AGREE TO PARTNER WITH THE OMMA INSTRUCTORS TO ENSURE STUDENT(S) WILL TREAT THE MARTIAL ARTS LEARNED WITH HONOR AND RESPECT AND WILL NOT USE THEM OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM OR THEIR OWN PRIVATE PRACTICE AREA WITHOUT BEING UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE INSTRUCTOR.
7. I UNDERSTAND THAT AS PART OF THIS CHRISTIAN MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM, OMMA STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN SUCH SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES AS PRAYER, WORSHIP, BIBLE READING, BIBLE STUDY, SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION AND ACTS OF SERVICE.
8. I AUTHORIZE OMMA TO USE MY CHILD’S OR MY IMAGE IN PHOTOGRAPHY FOR OMMA NEWSLETTERS, BROCHURES, ADVERTISEMENTS, DVD/VIDEO AND ON THE OMMA WEBSITE. I UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY FOR THE USE OF THESE PHOTOGRAPHS. NAMES WILL NOT BE USED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSENT.
9. I AGREE THAT OMMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY TO SAID STUDENT WHILE TAKING ON MISSION MARTIAL ARTS VIRTUAL CLASSES, PRIVATE LESSONS, OR TESTS.
