All parties must be schedule with TXBBA in advance and are non refundable. A deposit of $75 is needed to secure your preferred date and time. Cancellation of the birthday party must be done at least 5 days in advance, or a $50 cancellation fee is deducted from your deposit. The balance of the birthday party fee is due 48 hours prior to the event.
