• Then allow 5-10 minutes before your session to connect and make sure your video is working
• Interactive session will be 15 minutes long
• Your martial artist will attend once a week for personal feedback and coaching!
• Meeting takes place via Zoom -please download and set up in advance of your first class
• You need: a device that has camera/audio capability, Internet connection, 5x5 ft space
• Please attend in uniform, and do a warm up first (video warm up)
