Summer Care 2020 Registration




Welcome Extreme Team!


 Thank you for your interest in our Summer Child Care!


This summer we will be providing child care service


Monday thru Friday from 8am- 4pm


with Early Drop-Off at 7:30am and Late Pick Up at 6:00pm


Details


Extreme Summer Camp offers 12 weeks of Child Care beginning June 1, 2020


Cost $185/week for Members *** $195/week for Non-Memebers


A Member is anyone who is apart of our Martial Arts Program, Gymnastics, After School or Past Summer Camps


Reservation deposits are applied to the first week of child care and are only refunded if the COVID-19 pandemic requires isolation and we are unable to be open as a business. 


 Requirements


Must be at least 4 years old to attend


Please bring a lunch, snack & refillable water bottle


Healthy snacks & water will be included


Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing


For the safety of our equipment PLEASE NO ZIPPERS or METAL BUTTONS exposed on clothes 


Shoes are required


***Special allergy needs are always accommodated. Parents must provide our staff members with adequate instructions for preventing allergy attacks, any necessary medications, etc.*** 


***Due to COVID 19 child must not display any related symptoms including one or more of the following: Stuffy/Runny Nose, Sneezing, Coughing, Nausea, and/or Fever. If sent home for showing symptoms you will not be charged for missed days.***


We will be taking tempertures upon arrival!
