Rock Steady Boxing Haus at Extreme Martial Arts

Extreme Martial Arts is located at 1965 Post Rd, Suite #507. We have our Rock Steady Classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:45AM-12:00PM, and then agian every evening at 7:00PM-8:00PM. Classes, taught by certified RSB Coaches, include an exercise program that attacks Parkinson's at its vulnerable neurological points. While focusing on overall fitness, strength training, reaction time and balance, workouts include: focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, jump rope, core work, agility training, calisthenics and circuit weight training. At RSB Haus, you become more than a boxer. You become an Extreme athlete, strengthening our mind-body connection while maintaining proper diet and exercise techniques. No boxing experience is necessary, and we have both male and femal boxers who range in age from mid 30's to early 90's.

By putting your $10 deposit down, you are receiving three months of free training from Lonestar Parkinson's Society. If you are unable to attend all three months, you will be credited the rest of your training so you can finish when you are able to attend.

After your first three months you will be given the option to continue. NO PAYMENTS will be charged to you if you decide to discontinue your membership with us after the sponsored 3 months is completed. If you do decide to continue with us AFTER the first 3 months the monthly tuition is $99 a month. It will be your responsibly to make this monthly payment. There is a possibility of being further sponsored by Lonestar however you will have to contact them directly about any further sponsorship.

The $99 monthly payment will allow the participant to have unlimited training for that month.
