Karate Birthday Party Application

Your child will love the karate birthday party at Martial Arts America. The party starts with a fun karate lesson for all the kids where they learn lots of cool karate moves. After the karate class, we set aside time for food. Then we go into a Ninja obstacle course with jumping, running, dodging and lots of action. Cake or cupcakes come next before we finish up.

Kids have a blast and learn fun and exciting karate skills along with traits such as discipline, focus, respect, confidence and more. There is a 20 guest maximum for the party (including the birthday child).

When you fill out this form and submit it, we'll contact you to lock in your party's date and time. We usually do parties on Saturdays from 11:30 - 1:00 pm but we can often make special arrangements that fit your needs.

I understand that the study of Karate and other martial arts requires physical contact in many contexts including, but not limited to, sparring, hand-to-hand combat and self-defense techniques and also acknowledge that injury is an inherent potential result of any such activity. I also represent that I am medically and physically able to participate in the exercises and physical demands of the discipline. I also agree that any injuries or limitations will be made known immediately. I also understand that there is no guarantee for my personal safety after the completion of this course.
