We follow Bambino City Montesory Academy schedule. When they are close and no school there will be no karate classes. By enrolling with TX Black Belt Academy, participants understands that he/she attending the programs and using our facilities and equipment does so at his/her own risk. Tx Black Belt Academy ad its owes, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or about any programs on the premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibilities for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises, he/she does herby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless Tx Black Belt Academy, all associated facilities and its owners, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. I understand that participation in martial arts training includes physical content and certify that my child is in good health and able to participate in all activities. I agree to notify the staff of any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions. I understand and agree that TX Black Belt Academy will not provide medical or health insurance for my child and I will make separate arrangements to secure such insurance c!overage if i deem it necessary.
